You divide pills in groups of 3, 3 & 2… Weigh the 3 & 3, If they balance one in the group of 2 is poisonous. Then weigh the group of 2 to find out…
If the 3 & 3 don’t balance, take the heavier side and weigh two of 3 pills. If they balance, the third un-weighed one is poisonous. If they don’t then the heavier one is obviously the poisonous one…
